We submit the quotation within 1 hour to 7 days regarding toinformation you provided, country of origin you wanted and your commodity conditions. Generally, our officers give answer to you within 1-2 days after receiving quotation request.
Mongolian, Chinese and Russian railway and sea shippers, aviation companies and landshipment companies are required to regularly change the tariffs due to the fuel, petrol and energy price growths and other rule amendments. For this, our quotation is valid for certain time. “QUOTATION VALIDITY” is noted on the quotation we sent you and please pay the attention it. For the container and train transitshipment by ocean, the quotation is valid for one month since issuing the quotation. The quotation is changed in the some emergency cases. Please consider it.
LCL or LTL and air freight are loaded in the instrument with certain volume, so your freight price is fixed regarding to your freight weight or volume. For LCL or LTL freights, their volume is taken as the minimum 1 cube meter.

We make the agreement with our permanent customers onprice discount terms. If you do not make the agreement with discount term, you are required to pay the fees before shipment or you receiveyour freights on final destination. You should make the freight fees in accordance with the invoice we provided and you can transfer to below accounts or pay personally. The shipment price is estimated as the sales rate of the Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia as of payment day.
